When I monitor the webcams in 3 Camera horizontal style, the view
flash frequently, how could I do?
First, please click
the webcam robot main window to make it the top
window and get the focus of the operating system.
Second, please check
the task bar or the system tray of the operating
system, and make sure that no unnecessary programs
are running.
In most cases, if
the programs hidden (or minimized) in the task bar
are running, they may repaint the whole screen
regularly. As a result, the webcam robot will be
forced to repaint and it will flash.
For example, if you
use the windows explorer to browse your files and
minimize it to the task bar, then, the webcam robot
will flash frequently because the windows explorer
repaints the screen in the several seconds.

When I monitor four webcams from the web browser, the first and the
second webcams could refresh automatically, but the third and the
forth webcams cannot refresh on time?
Sometimes, it is the
network problems. Sometimes, it is our webcam robot
service is slow. Sometimes, it is because your web
browser do not get the system focus. As a result,
the operation system do not allocate enough
resources to the web browser.
Resolution:
Step 1 Click your
web browser, and make it the top window of the
operation system so it could get the system focus.
Step 2 After step1,
the problem cannot be solved. then close all other
running software as many as possible. So your web
browser could get more system resources.
Step 3 After step2,
the situation cannot be better, then check whether
your network speed is usual. If your network speed
is very slow at this time, then please monitor after
some time.
Step 4 Only monitor
the webcam which is the most important. For example,
only enable to monitor 1 or 2 webcams from the web
browser. The more webcams you monitor, the slower
the data transfer.
Step 5. If you
register our software no more than 30 days, then we
encourage you to refund and to look for other better
software.

Is your remote monitoring safety? |
At this
time, our remote monitoring is only simple
protection. Only require the username and
password.
That means,
if some one intends to share your remote
monitoring, it will be not difficult to do
it.
Then, how to
avoid this situation? Just remote
monitoring, when it is necessary. For
example, for the individual webcam, you
could indict when to enable the remote
monitoring of web browser, and when to
disable it, just from the camera setting
scheduler tab. For all webcams, from the
remote monitoring setting dialog, you could
set the remote monitoring of web browser
only in the indicted period.
For email
and Ftp upload alerts, you could indict the
work hour from the fire tab of camera
setting.

Why do we need to use XVID
video codec? |
For high quality and
smaller size of the video files when you record the
video.
If you select other
video codec to record video from the webcam robot,
you may obviously realize the quality of the video
is poor. Because the webcam robot inserts less
frames every second than several other webcam
surveillance software. However, the XVID video
codec is good at doing with the situation. Although
the frame number is less, the video is highly
qualified.

Could I attach the new webcam
while the webcam robot is running? |
The webcam robot can
recognize the new webcams automatically when
starting. However, it cannot recognize the new
attached webcam after it has already started.
So, please attach
all your webcam before starting the webcam robot.
Or, if you already start the webcam robot, you need
to exit and restart again.
