1 Please do not use our
software while minimizing the windows explorer to the
task bar. The windows explorer will refresh the whole
screen frequently even when it is minimized to the task
bar. As a result, our software will also be forced to
refresh at this situation.

2.Please do not enable
the remote monitoring of web browser all day and all
night. Only uses it when it is necessary. Because our
protection of remote monitoring is only the uses of
username and password. So it is the simple protection
and it is not safety enough if some one intended to
monitor your room. Our software supports the scheduler
and the weekly hours list , then use them and they could
enable remote monitoring and disable the remote
monitoring according to your requirements.

3. In many situation,
our software cannot work with other webcam surveillance
software at the same time. It cannot recognize the
webcams correctly. For example, if you have attached 4
webcams in your computer, and you already start another
webcam surveillance software, then you start our
software, sometimes, our software could only recognize 2
webcams at this situation. or sometimes, our software
may regard one webcam as two different webcams.

4 Please do not run a
lot of huge software while running our software. Because
our software need the larger size of memory to run, the
more webcams you monitor, the more memory it needs. More
important, if you start to record the video, we need
more memory to work. So please close any software when
it is not necessary.

5 Report the bugs in
time. If you find some features which cannot be used, or
you find some performance that is different from the
description of the help documents, it may be the bugs of
our software, then please email us and we will try to
fix them.

Please do not run any two members of unisonosoft.com
software together. For example, if you run the Mini
Webcam Robot Auto Email Special and Mini Webcam Robot
FTP Special,then sometimes, the software also cannot
recognize the webcams correctly. Instead of running the
two members at the same time, you could use Our Home
Webcam Robot or Mini Webcam Robot and enable FTP alert
and Email alert at the same time.

1 What's the
difference between trial edition and the full home
edition?
The trial edition only
adds the water mark to the snapshot and the real time
video. And you can use it for only 20 times. Usually, no
more than 20 days.

2 Confirm that our
trial edition could run in your operation system.
If it cannot start up,
then please look for other webcam surveillance software.
Our recommended operating system is WindowsXP. If you
are using other windows system, you need to run our
trial edition, and confirm its major features could
work. Even you are using Windows XP, you also need to
test the trial edition carefully because the other
software running in your computer may have some side
effects on our software such as the memory effects.

3 Test whether the
main features you are interested could work.
If the features cannot
work, please read our help documents, and confirm
whether the description of the help document is
different from its performance.
If the performance is
the same as the document, then it is our software
weakness and the software may cannot finish the features
you expected.
If the performance is
the different from the document, then register and
report the bug as soon as possible.
Its our responsibility
to fix the bug. If we cannot fix the bug, please contact
with our publisher and refund as soon as possible.

4. When you have
some unexpected trouble while using the software
For example, you already
attached four webcams, and the software could only
detected two of them , please read the
notes of daily uses, it may be helpful.

1 Test whether the
full edition could work in your computer
Even you already run the
trial edition before registration, you still need to
confirm that the full edition could work correctly in
your computer. Otherwise, please send us the bug report
or refund in time.

2 Use the software
for a long time as soon as possible
Some bugs may be found
only after running for a longer time such as four hours.
Some bugs may be found after running for 24 hours.
Especially, when you are using the remote monitoring
features such as sending email, ftp upload, or web
browser monitoring. Once, you find some unexpected
performance, no hesitate to contact us.

Mind your safety every day
When you enjoy your
remote monitoring, someone may be also interested in it.
Then, take care of yourself. Only remote monitoring when
it is necessary.

4 Refund without any
condition within 30 days
If you change your
mind, no matter what is the reason, refund just in time.

5 No report within 30
days
If you do not send any
report within 30 days, we may believe that the software
could work correctly in your computer.
|
6 Report after 30
days
If you find the new bugs
after 30 days, or even you have the suggestion or
comments about the software, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

7 Free upgrade for no
more than 366 days
We provide free upgrade
services for no more than 366 days. After that, if you
still need the service and we still have the newer
edition released, you could apply the 1 year free
upgrade service. Usually, the service fee is less than
the registration fee.
If you do not apply the
service after 366 days, you still could use your latest
edition. It is yours. You could use it forever. But we
do not notice you while upgrading the new edition, and
we do not accept your bug reports.

8 We reserve the
rights to upgrade our software
If the software has the
critical bugs, we have to upgrade. If the new features
are developed, we need to upgrade. It is our
responsibility to notice you after the new edition
released. It is your right to decide whether to install
the new released edition.

If you do not receive the upgrade email in time.
If you are still within
the 366 days upgrade services, and you have found that
our website displayed the upgrade message, then please
contact with us at once. It may be the reason that we
sent the upgrade email to you but you did not receive
it. If you cannot contact with us, please contact with
our publisher. They will help you to contact with the
developer.

If you do not receive our reply.
We will reply customer
report email no more than 5 business days. Normally, it
will be 3 business days. If you do not receive our reply
after 5 business days, we may not receive your email,
please send it again. Thank you.
